Shipping and payment terms

How is it shipped?
The products from our range are shipped exclusively via Deutsche Post,

or packages over 2 kg sent via DHL.

The possible shipping method is displayed, as is the shipment number.

We try to ship the order on the next working day, but deliveries can take up to 8 days in exceptional cases.

How much does the shipping cost?
The shipping costs are a flat rate and include postage and packaging.

• Sending a single brushEX pen or brushEX refill in an air-cushioned envelope, € 3.00 * (uninsured, without tracking)
• Dispatch of several products via Deutsche Post - dispatch of goods, registered mail up to 1000 g

Important note about shipping
In spite of all care, damage during transport can occur during delivery. In this

Transport damage must be reported to the deliverer immediately upon delivery of the goods. Then send a message to about detected transport damage (possibly with a photo), please keep the complete packaging (including shipping box / filler).

Return policy

Buyers are responsible for shipping costs for returns. In the event that the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.

Customs and import fees

Buyers are responsible for any customs or import charges that may apply.

There may be delays through customs over which we have no control.

Right of withdrawal and withdrawal form

Right of cancellation
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The cancellation period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named by you who is not the carrier has taken possession of the goods.

In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Angelika Reichert, Leipziger Straße, 64331 Weiterstadt, Germany, of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear declaration (e.g. by post or email). You can use the sample withdrawal form attached below for this purpose, but this is not mandatory.

To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send the notification that you are exercising your right of cancellation before the cancellation period has expired.

Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will have all payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs that result from the fact that you have chosen a different type of delivery than the cheapest standard delivery offered by us ), to be repaid immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day on which we received notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this repayment, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless something else was expressly agreed with you. In no case will fees be charged for this repayment. We can refuse the repayment until we have received the goods back or you have provided evidence that you have sent the goods back (whichever is earlier).

You have to send the goods back to us immediately and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which you informed us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if the goods are dispatched before the period of fourteen days has expired. The buyer bears the direct costs of returning the goods. You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due to unnecessary handling of them.
